Family house by South Downs National Park

Our Victorian terraced house is located in a quiet road in Hassocks Village. At the end of our road vast fields and onto the South Downs. Beautiful country side all around Hassocks with many foot & bike paths. Historical villages Ditchling and Hurstpierpoint within walking distances. Perfect for families, 4 beds in total. 5min walk from the train station with direct trains to Brighton, Gatwick Airport and London. CAT LOVERS: Our very friendly cat lives here, so cat lovers only please. Our house has a lovely, calm feel to it. Split over 3 floors, it's quiet. Open plan living and dining room on ground floor with adjoining kitchen. Nice big newly refurbished bathroom. Quiet and friendly neighbours. Small, lush garden to sit in when the sun's shining. It's our family home, please take care of it and our neighbours. The whole house with its own access. We will be away, but contactable on phone/email and will respond immediately to any questions. We have family members nearby who can attend any emergencies to do with the house. It's a very quiet neighbourhood, mainly families with young children. Everyone is very friendly and sociable around here. Gorgeous country side all around us. Woods, fields and of course the South Downs Ways all nearby and accessible on foot from the front door. Our road is off the High Street with everything you need there in terms of shops, Sainsburys Local, Budgens, cashpoint, post office, pharmacy etc. There is unrestricted parking in our road. The local bus network is not great tbh, but we are only 5min walk from the mainline train station (Hassocks) with direct trains to Brighton (10mins), Gatwick airport (25min) and London (45min). Easy to get here by car. Our cat Jack lives here! He is very friendly and sociable, loves children. Apart from wanting cuddles and fresh food & water he manages himself. 2 of the bedrooms are kids rooms and one of them has a cabin bed at 6ft high, with ladder access. The other bedroom has a raised bed. COVID-19: we take the current situation very seriously and will clean and sanitise the house as per Airbnb's guidelines before your stay. It's self check-in and check-out since we will be away.
