NO RAPID TESTING Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Burke, 19 miles to Washington D.C. There are several nearby parks and trails. The bedroom is comfortable, and is best suited for non-smokers individuals or couples. The room is equipped with a smart TV and high-speed wifi. The guests have access to their bedroom, dining room, and kitchen areas. The kitchen maybe used for a light breakfast with guest's own food. Parking space is free available at any "GUEST" parking space (printed on curb), or on Marshall Pond Road with no restrictions. I am constantly traveling, however I'm easy to reach through messages. My brother Huger, who also lives there, helps co-host and manage the house. He will be present to greet you and assist you. The House is located 5 minutes from Burke Lake Park, which is a 4.7 mile lake trail that offers fishing, biking, and boating services, as well as camping and walking opportunities. The House is conveniently located within close distance to grocery and retail stores. Virginia Railway Express (VRE) Burke Centre Station is located 5 min away (1.4 miles) and Franconia-Springfield Metro Station is 17 minutes away (10.7 miles). The House is located 19 miles to Washington D.C. The local Alexandria area, particularly the Potomac River waterfront is a beautiful location to visit. No smoking or vaping in the townhouse.
