With oak beams, a large woodburner, Underfloor heating and plenty of outdoor space to soak up the Wiltshire countryside. We try our best to meet guests on arrival but it’s not always possible, we are usually on site if you did need anything. We will respect your privacy at all times. Sandy Lane is a small hamlet of thatched cottages located approx 10 minute from Chippenham & Devizes. Boasting the countrys only thatched Church and surrounded by private estates which provide public walking spaces to explore this beautiful part of the country. Chippenham train station is approx 10 minutes by car. However there is very limited public transport to the village. Coming by car is advised if you need to get around, being a small village we don't have any immediate shops, although there are some good farm shops within a few minutes drive.
