RELAXING BASE TO STAY

Private room in semi-detached house at end of quiet Cul-de-Sac on edge of village. Within easy reach of High Street with bars and restaurants. 2 minutes walk to golf course, 5 minutes to railway station connecting with both East and West Coast mainlines to London and the North. Milton Keynes is 10 minutes away, with theatre, art gallery and a vast amount of shopping. You will be given a warm welcome on arrival. Quiet room with dual aspect windows. Warm and comfortable house in which to relax. Guests have priority in the bathroom. We are seasoned travellers (not salted!) and enjoy welcoming guests to our home. Your room will be private but you are welcome to share the rest of the house with us. The lounge and kitchen are available to share if needed. If the weather is good then the rear garden and patio is there to enjoy. We have an active social life and will not be around all the time unless you request it. Woburn Sands is very lucky to be close to the City of Milton Keynes, but far enough away to be in the countryside. We have good access to both the M1 motorway and the A5 trunk road as well as rail connections. We are also close to Woburn Abbey which is always worth a visit. The Stables concert venue is just 5 minutes down the road in Wavendon Village. Various good country walks are within easy reach of the house, and we are attached to the Redway cycle route system for Milton Keynes. Easy access to the M1 and A5 plus a train station in the village. Breakfast consists of muesli, yoghurt, toast and tea or coffee.
