Villa Carlo is one of the most beautiful examples of successfully restored, centuries-old Istrian stone house by using only traditional materials and antique style furniture with goal to preserve its authenticity. House is located in village Mekisi near Vizinada in Central Istria, on its own land of 2500 sqm, owergrown with aromatic herbs and hundred years old olive trees featured with outdoor pool of 40 sqm, two covered terraces with sitting sets, summer kitchen and playground for the youngest (trampoline and swings). This three storey semi-detached Villa, with the total surface of 190 sqm can accommodate 8 persons. Kitchen with dining room with and an exit to the covered terrace and pool area is situated on the groundfloor as well as the living room with fireplace and one shower/toilette. On the first floor there is a shower/toilet, one open space bedroom with double bed which leads to one more living room with fireplace, and one more double bed bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower/toilette).
