A large modern and clean family house in a leafy suburb of South Birmingham. Both bedrooms are on the lower floor, and has a small clean and modern bathroom next door with a sink and toilet. You will use the shower in the 'family' bathroom on the first floor. London Room: If the 2 double beds are used, then space is limited. If there is only need for the 1 double bed, then there's ample room to move around in the room. Lemon & Lime Room: 2 single beds and 1 pull out single bed. You are welcome to use/sit in the kitchen/lounge area and the living room to watch TV with the family! You are looking at renting a room or two in a large family household. We are generally around all the time to chat with you (if that's what you want) and to help you with advice on transport and local attractions. Lisa’s place is located in Cofton Hackett, Rednal, Birmingham , England, United Kingdom. The house is opposite the beautiful and large Cofton Park (famous for the visit from the Pope Benedict XVl in 2010). The host is conversational in French, Italian and Spanish. 10 minute walk to the beautiful Lickey Hills where you can walk and explore the hills. There is a bus (X20) outside the house to take you directly to Birmingham City Centre or within 10 minutes it links you with Longbridge train station to go to Birmingham or the opposite way of Redditch. Nearby Longbridge town centre also has ample shops for food, clothing, coffee shop, KFC.
