Our brand new, bright, high 10'ceiling, walk-up Basement apartment located between million dollars houses in a sophisticated neighborhood in King City, an hour from downtown Toronto, close to world class golf courses and picturesque horse back riding farms. It's in a beautiful area but close to the city. Just note there is 12 steps from the backyard to get to the apartment. 10 min walk to King City Go-train station to take a train to downtown Toronto with a 40 minute train ride to the heart of Downtown. If you have a car it's 2 minutes to Hwy 400, 15 minutes to Canada's Wonderland and 15 minutes to Vaughan Mills Mall. The train schedule from my place to downtown Toronto starts from 5:50am to 10:50 pm every hour. (more frequent during rush hour) Return train from downtown Toronto starts from 9:40am to 10:40 pm every hour. We welcome the guests when they arrive and we are available throughout their stay. It's a quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood. Close to GO train and GO bus and close to a major Highway (400) if you have a car. The train schedule from my place to downtown Toronto starts from 5:50am to 10:50 pm hourly (more frequent during rush hour). Return train from downtown Toronto starts from 9:40am to 10:40 pm hourly or more. Please note, There is no fee on extra guests because I don't accept any extra guests. 4 people max at all time.
