This BRAND NEW unique place has a style all its own with off road parking for two car. It’s located 2 minutes from M6 Junction 10 Close to local amenities such as The Light Cinema walsall, Grosvenor Casino, IKEA, Junction 9 retail park, Walsall Football FC and Walsall town centre is only 5 minutes drive away. By car you can get to Birmingham city Centre in 15 minutes and Wolverhampton city centre in 8 minutes. The studio has a Smart TV, including Netflix, Amazon account with WiFi. Iron. Ironing board, hair dryer are available. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle and toaster. We have everything you need for short or long stay. Park on the drive and Access the key safe at the front of the property for self check in. Guest are welcome to use the front and back garden area. You can access the garden through the back door of the studio. I am available by phone or text message at anytime of the day. I provide tea, coffee, sugar and milk for all guests as well as all bed linen, towels, tea towels and toilet rolls plus soap, shampoo and shower gel.
