This studio is located in subdivision in a recent construction with parking. on the ground floor. The studio consists of: - a shower room with a toilet, a shower, a vanity unit. - a living room with window overlooking garden including: kitchen (induction hob, fridge, hood, microwave / oven, coffee maker, ....), a dining area and a living room / sleeping area. - Outside: a dining area and a relaxation area (deckchairs) The linen is provided (sheet, bath towel, tea towels).
