Welcome to the Eppley Guest House on Howell Farms just minutes by bike or auto outside of Yellow Springs, Ohio. The Eppley Guest house is a restored 1826 brick homestead nestled on a 450 acre active farm with woods, streams, abundant wildlife activity, and access to the Little Miami Bike trail which bisects Howell farms and is 4 beautiful trail miles into Yellow Springs. Our hometown! This is our 10th year of hosting guests (First with AirBnB) and our return percentage rate is one of the highest in the lodging industry. Yellow Springs offers wonderful restaurants and shops, Glen Helen Nature Preserve, John Bryan State Park, the incredible Clifton Gorge Preserve, Antioch College, Tom's Market, Youngs Jersey Dairy, Air Force Museum...come enjoy and play in Yellow Springs and the surrounding area today!
