The Breakers is an exclusive contemporary three storey house boasting breathtaking panoramic views out towards Brancaster Staithe Harbour, Scolt Head Island, Brancaster beach and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Club. Set well back from the road behind a willow and rope fence, The Breakers is situated within a few hundred yards of Brancaster Staithe harbour, and has been completed to an immaculate standard throughout, creating the ultimate Norfolk holiday home. It has been luxuriously styled by the professional interior designer owners, with no expense spared to make it the perfect place for a very special stay. On winter evenings, snuggle up in front of the wood burning stove or on long summer days, have pre-dinner drinks on one of the three balconies before opening up the huge bi-fold kitchen doors and stepping out into the courtyard garden for a barbecue. The indoor and outdoor spaces combine to make this ideal for a group of friends travelling together, as well as for families. Throughout the house there is free WiFi and underfloor heating, with individual temperature controls for each room. All of the bedrooms are luxuriously appointed, with White Company bedlinen, hypo-allergenic pillows and duvets provided, and have their own hairdryers. All the bathrooms have high specification bathroom fittings, and White Company towels and toiletries are provided. Ground Floor As you enter the property, the entrance hall gives a wonderfully welcoming feel, enhanced by the interior feature cobbled wall, and there is a downstairs bedroom suite which is ideal for the multi generational family. The substantial, elegant and well equipped kitchen occupies the entire rear of the property, and opens up with full width bi-folding doors to the enclosed south facing terraced garden which catches the sun during the day. The garden can be lit at night and has a water feature. First Floor The eye catching oak and glass staircase leads you to the first floor where to the rear is the sumptuous principal bedroom suite with its full width balcony and views out over the open farmland to the south. However, it is at the front of the house that the perfect position of The Breakers becomes most apparent. On entering the first floor reception room it is the view that immediately draws you in. At high tide the myriad of boats provide you with an almost constant distraction which you can enjoy from inside or alternatively step out onto the roof terrace, take a seat with a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the marshes. Bedroom Suite 1: Stunningly decorated modern master bedroom, with king sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table and chair, as well as wall mounted 32” Smart TV. South facing balcony equipped with 2 chairs and bistro table.
