Serendipitous Brixworth home w conservatory&garden

The family home, that you will have to yourself, is set in the middle of the beautiful village of Brixworth, Northamptonshire. The village is known for Brixworth Pate, the vineyard of Fleur Fields and scenic country walks around the reservoir (Brixworth country park). There are excellent pubs and coffee shops in the area. An 8 minute walk will take you to the heart of the village where you can find an excellent coffee house, the local shop, library and pub. A 3-minute walk from the house is a lovely outdoor play area and a big field. The country park, with the great coffee shop, beautiful lake, interactive play park and gorgeous walks, is a 25minute walk or a 4 minute drive from the house. There are many great pubs in the area that I can recommend, such as the Brampton Halt. Within driving distance is the cute town of Market Harborough that offers a more lively scene with plenty of excellent restaurants. There are plenty of other things to do within driving distance including shopping centres, farms, and garden centres (including ice skating during the Christmas season). There is space on the drive for 2 cars with additional parking available on the street. There is a small hallway upon entering the house and straight ahead you will find the living room whilst on the right is an office space that you can use. At the back of the house there is a spacious kitchen diner with a big dining table (seats 8) as well as a lovely conservatory overlooking the garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (with both a bath and shower), and a seperate toilet. This is our house that we let out when we are away so there are some personal belongings around. We have however made sure to clear out space whilst away so that you can use some wardrobes and drawers.
