Stowaway private guest suite with parking Mkt Harb

Stowaway is a seperate private guest suite although attached to our main house but with it's own keysafe entrance, parking space and seperate,delightful small outside seating area. The room is light & airy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are looking forward to welcoming back guests & are happy to discuss guests requirements. Town centre 15 mins walk approx. Railway station 20 mins walk approx. Bus stop nearby. We are following all the cleaning guidelines and social distancing requirements for peace of mind for our guests. Stowaway is a seperate private guest suite attached to our main house but with it's own secure private entrance, parking space and delightful seperate small outside seating area. The room is light & airy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests will have their own privacy enabling them to relax but hosts are usually around if needed & can be contacted by phone or email. Town centre 15 mins walk approx. Railway station 20 mins walk approx. Bus stop nearby. The seperate, private guest suite and private garden area. Sue and Jim are usually around so will be on hand to help any guests and have a chat adhering to social distancing if they would like or if they want privacy that's no problem either way. They will be however always contactable by phone or email. Market Harborough is a thriving picturesque market town set in the rolling Leicestershire countryside. The town which is a 15 minute stroll approx from Stowaway boasts an eclectic mix of shops, boutiques, pubs, a good selection of restaurants notably Ascough's Bistro, Avatar Dining Indian, Rocksalt Bistro, Rio Bravo Mexican, Zizzis, Wildwood, LittleThai & The Oat Hill to name a few and a whole host of coffee shops and we would recommend Milos on the High Street for excellent coffee! In the middle of the town is Welland Park and that is lovely for a stroll with a lovely café in the middle for a cuppa and piece of homemade cake. The indoor market is well worth a visit too. The Old Grammar School in the middle of town is the most notable landmark. Church Street has been described as the "Bond Street" of Market Harborough with its independent and designer shops and eateries. The town also has a theatre and a museum. There is ample parking in the town. The nearest shop is the CoOP approx 5 minutes walk. Several events take place throughout the year and nearly every weekend there are food fairs and arts and crafts stalls. There is also a weekly farmers market. Events are also at the Showground throughout the year. The surrounding area has some excellent walking with many public footpaths and also the canal to walk along. Lovely villages also surround Market Harborough with churches to visit and good pubs as well. The George at Great Oxeden, The Swan at Braybrooke, The Grey Goose at Gilmorton are all very good. The Waterfront on the canal basin is within walking distance of Stowaway and has a restaurant and Gin Fizz bar and lovely for an evening stroll. Other places to visit include Foxton Locks, Rockingham Castle, Kelmarsh Hall, Lamport Hall, Rutland Water, King Richard III centre & Space centre. Stowaway is near to St Lukes hospital which has a drop in centre should it be needed. Stowaway is near the local bus route for getting into town or further afield either to Leicester X3 or Northampton X7. The railway station is approx 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by car or taxi and has regular trains to London St Pancreas which take approx. 55 minutes from Market Harborough. Guests who have bicycles can put them in the private side entrance which has a lockable gate. Please park on our gravel drive as we require access to the garage at all times.
