The bedroom has a double bed 2.00 m x 1.80 with manually adjustable bed base, two bedside cabinets and a large 2.50 m wide mirror / closet, a clock radio is available. The living room has a dining area with three chairs and an extendable dining table. Two comfortable leather armchairs and a sofa invite you to relax or watch TV on a 32 inch flat screen TV with satellite receiver. DVD player and a radio-CD / MP3 player are also available, as well as a small work desk. In this room we have a third sleeping place - an Ikea chair bed Lycksele, where you can sleep well. DVDs, books, games and information material are available for you In a modern and new kitchen everything needed for self-sufficiency is available, electric stove and oven, kitchen hood, dishwasher, fridge with *** freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, sandwich maker, egg cooker, bread maker and ample crockery , Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower combination with shower curtain, mirror cabinet, a hairdryer, and first aid kit. Seating areas with garden furniture and a barbecue are available in our beautiful garden. If you visit us in June, you can enjoy the full rose bloom and their amazing smell. Even at other times you can relax in a real Brazilian hammock, in our pavilion or at another place in our garden and listen to the chirping bird. The apartment is located on the top floor of our house. There are seating areas for our guests in the garden and courtyard. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. A free public car park is 100 m away from our house in a quiet side street, for removing and loading the car can be parked directly at the house We live on the ground floor and for questions of any kind at your disposal. We also assist you in planning trips, etc. and are always open for a chat or if any kind of help is needed. Supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy are a 5 minute walk away. A playground for children is very close. You can stroll through many shops and take a break in one of the cafes , and in the evening dine well in one of the restaurants . Every Tuesday and Saturday is market day where many vendors offer regional and other products. This is a good occasion where people meet. Osterode is also an ideal starting point for many activities: The Aloha adventure indoor and outdoor pool with spa services and spacious sauna you can reach in a few minutes by foot Idyllic lakes can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. On many walking trails you can experience the natural beauty of the Harz mountains. Also for cyclists and mountain bikers the Harz is a paradise. In winter you can reach the ski in Lerbach lift in about 10-15 minutes as well as the cross-country skiing area in Buntenbock. The nearest airport is Hanover and is about 100 km away, the nearest train station is 1.1 km away. The old imperial city of Goslar is 27 km away, the university town of Göttingen 37 km. With regional buses you reach other places, i.e. Herzberg , Bad Lauterberg , Clausthal-Zellerfeld or Goslar. Check- in between 15.00 h and 18.00 h - Check-out until 11.00 h - other times by appointment only. We are pleased to offer you a first shopping of needed items, so that your holiday can start without stress. We buy what you want and you pay for the food upon arrival. If you arrive in Osterode by train, we will pick you up from the station free of charge. A pickup from another station or from Hanover Airport can be organized, please let us know in advance so that we can check prices. In winter we can provide 2 sled for free. We would rent the apartment also for longer periods to business travelers, assemblers, or other people. Please contact us for special rates for long term rentals.
