Cosy modern apartment close to train station

A guest room in a modern 2BR flat, has own shower over bath. Few mins walk to the train station direct to Central London, supermarkets, chemist, cafes, pubs & restaurants . 5 -10 mins drive to 6 nearby golf courses. 10 mins drive to Hever Castle & Penshurst (Anne Boleyn’s home), 10 mins drive to Knoll House, Westerham & Chartwell, home town of Winston Churchill. 20 mins drive to Sevenoaks, Surrey, East/West Sussex borders. Few mins drive to local tourists sites & other touristic places to visit. Am literally 2 mins walk to Edenbridge station that takes you to London Victoria. My place is very clean, and the guest room is very bright & airy. Has it’s own shower over bath but not en-suite. Guests room has coffee/tea machine (Nespresso). Happy to socialise with my guests but also happy leave him/her alone. Am usually just around if assistance needed. Very close to the Train station, pub/restaurants , leisure centre, golf courses, Hever Castle, Chiddington Caslte, 10 mins drive to Westernham and many more. Train and buses Would really appreciate if outdoor shoes can be removed and not taken inside.
