Sweetpea -a tiny get-away in the mountains

Our tiny house is architect-designed, cute and the perfect get-away for two or three. Our house is light and airy , small, yet has a loft bedroom (steep staircase), a bathroom (with bath, no shower), a kitchen/ dining area and a lounge. The lounge opens up to the back stoep with north-facing views of the mountains beyond. Warm and cozy in winter with a Rayburn fireplace, the small area is easy to keep warm. Anthracite and wood are available at an additional cost (R175/ anthracite bag, R75/ bag wood) No electricity but solar but lights are available. Gas fridge, cooker and geyser. Our host Elizma will be available to open up and show you the house. Should you have any issues, she will be the person to deal with them. I live in CT, so will only be available by phone. Rhodes Village is a heritage conservation village with a lot of history. Rivers, fly-fishing, walking and relaxing are the order of the day. If you are visiting Rhodes, you'll probably doing one of those activities, or you may just be driving through - and if so, it's a beautiful and worthwhile stop. Walking and your own vehicle - preferably a 4x4 for the dirt roads in the area.
