The house is located a few kilometers from the center of Ptuj. It stands on a small hill overlooking vineyards, tall acacia trees and a small lawn. In front of the house there is a terrace with table, chairs, deck chairs and there is a playground for children, as well as a barbecue area. From the terrace you step into the vineyard and further between various fruit trees. In the lower area of the house there is a hall, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and living room, where you can transform the sofa into a comfortable bed for two people. More than 100 DVD films and CDs with excellent music enrich your afternoon or evening. In the upper area of the house is the living room and bedroom with 4 beds, which are partially separated from each other. There is also a small loft under the roof for relaxation, playing or sleeping. The rooms are made of natural pine wood. From the living area you come to the balcony, where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and where there are table and chairs. Believe us, the coffee smells even better there.
