A modern one-bedroomed apartment, Willow Court is the perfect choice for both business and leisure visitors. Sleeps 4 adults (2 in bedroom, and 2 on sofabed in living room) Centrally located, the apartment sits close to the heart of Spalding and is just a two minute walk away from local amenities with a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Willow Court - fully furnished to a high specification, is fully equipped and extremely comfortable with allocated undercover FREE parking Open Plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room The modern kitchen is fully equipped to include electric hob & oven, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, coffee maker (Nescafé Dolce Gusto) kettle, toaster, slow cooker and microwave. Cutlery, glasses and a large selection of kitchen utensils. Plenty of storage. Guests who like to cook, there is a wide range of dried spices available. Dining Area Dining table comfortably seats four guests. Living Area Stylish corner sofa bed (sleeps 2), coffee table, Smart TV with Neflix etc, Wireless Printer, Superfast Broadband (own router), 2 x reading lights. Amazon Echo Dot, PS3 with various game and a selection of DVD’s, Apple TV. Bedroom 1 Two single beds (can be pushed togther as required) This spacious bedroom also features a free-standing wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage together with and a full-length mirror, vanity mirror, bedside tables with reading light. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board all availble for your use. Bathroom The stylish bathroom includes a full-size bath, with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. Complimentary toiletries and hotel quality linen and towels throughout. Entrance Hall Handy for removing and storing shoes and coats etc. Utility cupboard housing cleaning equipment, hoover, ironing board etc. The flat is situated on the 2nd floor up two flights of stairs. Undercover Parking - Allocated FREE carpark with space for one car, with additional free on street parking outside. To locate your parking space drive slowly past the flat entrance and you will see the opening for the car park 30m on your left hand side. Drive in and your allocated space is the second on the left. The apartment number and building number is clearly marked on the floor and wall. We request our guests only use the allocated parking space. Additional on-street parking is available if required just outside the building to the right . Guest access Guests can access their private apartment via the main entrance as detailed above. Our visitors enjoy exclusive use of this superior residence where they can enjoy all of the amenities at their leisure. Guests will have private use of the whole apartment during their stay. We charge £7.00 per person per night for more than two occupants. Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, however there is an allocated smoking area outside the front door of the main entrance. Access to the flat is through the main building door, down the corridor - turn left and go up 2 flights of stairs. At the top of the stairs turn right and the flat is at the end of the corridor. We operate a self check in with keys available from the secure key lock box. Access code for the key lockbox will be given 48hrs before arrival. An email will be sent with full instructions on confirmation of booking. Guests will have private use of the whole apartment during their stay. We charge £4.00 per person per night for more than two occupants. This purely covers the cost of the additional laundry charges. The apartment is situated just 50 metres from the town's river where you can take in the views by water taxi. In addition you are just a 3 minute walk from the centre with its wide range of shops, restaurants, bars . Other nearby attractions include the ever-popular Springfields Outlet Shopping and Festival Gardens, and Ayscoughfee Hall with its famed museum and gardens. I try to supply as many things to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is tea/coffee, coffee pods, sugar, sweetners, cooking oil, salt & pepper, herbs and spices, normally 1 pint of fresh milk is supplied (powdered milk is available if no fresh milk) washing powder, etc. There is also free superfast wifi, and a wireless printer for your use. If you do use of any of the above, there is an 'honesty box' in the kitchen and your contributions enable me to continue supplying these little extras to my guests.
