Open concept, walk-out studio aptmnt on Kingston Lake. Patio, shared dock/beach, kayak, bikes, canoe. If we are available, sunset boat cruise. Walk to lobsters, drinks, ice cream. Year round fun - boat, fish, swim, bike, leaf peep, x-country ski. We accommodate Camp Lincoln folks; Phillips Exeter Academy, NH families; wedding families, anniversary celebrants; business travelers, wedding proposals, outdoor folk, couples and singles. We have met people from all over the US and world! High ceilings, lots of windows, private entrances, designated parking and patio, fireplace, office area, full kitchen. Four seasons of outdoor fun - swimming, kayaking, skiing, hiking, shopping, antiquing, vineyard hopping, restaurants, close to Portsmouth, Newburyport, Kittery and Boston. A bit of paradise... The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a new queen sleeper couch, a separate 4-poster bed, and a roll-away bed with an Italian mattress. There is a lake view from the entire space except the bathroom and dressing area. The trees allow for privacy even being close to the shore. Enjoy using the tandem kayak, canoe and the bicycles. We even have a tandem bike and a single bike! You have a shared private beach and dock and your own patio and kitchen/dining room for meals. You have your own grill. We like to be here to greet you and show you around. We like to give our guests privacy but we are completely available for suggestions for any activities you are interested in doing while here. Its so quiet and scenic. Its great for walking. There is a State Park on the Lake that rents canoes and paddle boards and has a huge sandy beach. You could walk there or drive in. You can enjoy walking at the Southeast Land Trust (SELT) and Webster Woods right here in Kingston. We are accessible to anything you need within 8 miles of our home, local farms, shops, theaters, etc. but here you feel like you are in a nature filled world. You are close to Hampton Beach, Pawtuckaway State Park, York Beach and Kittery, ME, Boston, Salisbury Beach, MA, Newburyport, MA. You can walk to Bolton's and sit on the patio enjoying local seafood, drinks and ice cream, or order pizza from Carriage Town that delivers, or go to Rick's for a lively, interesting meal in Town. There is lots of Open Land in Kingston for hiking. There are several local coffee shops that have special brews and the infamous Dunkin Donuts is right in town. A car is necessary. You could take a cab here from the train in Exeter, NH, Haverhill, MA or bus station in Newburyport, MA. Meals and Rentals 9% taxes are required in our State to be collected from any Short Term Rentals. . Airbnb pays this tax. Thank you!
