Up to six can stay in this holiday home, with a double bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living area. The large double bedroom has lots of wardrobe space, room for a travel cot, plus an ensuite toilet and sink. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and plenty of shelving to store toiletries during your stay. The living area is like a home-from-home, with plenty of large windows to let in the sunshine. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. It's also fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Stepping through the kitchen you find the large carpeted lounge, with two corner sofas - one fitted around the dining table and the other under the windows facing the 40" TV. There's also an electric fireplace, double-glazing and central heating to keep you warm. Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis.  This property is pet-friendly and all our properties are no-smoking. Contactless check-in. New Beach Holiday Park is the perfect spot for a seaside holiday as it's just across the road from a walk along the sea wall and a 15-minute walk away from the area's sandy beaches. There's plenty of modern facilities having undergone a major refurbishment in 2018. The new entertainment complex stages amazing live shows throughout the holiday season and the amusement arcade provides fun for all the family. Children can be kept entertained by the Segways, kid's club and the adventure playground. Those looking to relax can take a dip in the indoor heated pool or enjoy a drink in the lounge bar next to the super-size TV screens. The Neptune Pub & Carvery and the on-site clubhouse and restaurant provide great food and drink with a takeaway service. The park is also the perfect base for visiting the area's many tourist attractions, including the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway, and Port Lympne Safari Park, both just a 10-minute drive away. Explore the historic local coastline, including the amusements at the sandy beach of Dymchurch and the coastal market town of Hythe. Go fishing or boating in the Royal Military Canal or even take a day trip to France with the Eurotunnel a 20-minute drive away. Less than a 30-minute drive will take you to the scenic headland of Dungeness or the golden sands of Camber, and just beyond is the medieval town of Rye, a beautiful Cinque Port with a nature reserve and quirky independent shops, art galleries, pubs and tearooms.
