You have the entire accommodation. This has three bedrooms. They are all equipped with WiFi, TV, and a small desk. The living room is a yoga room with parquet (no table, no chairs but shoggis: small benches loaned on request). You have an equipped kitchen, 1 washing machine, 2 toilets, 1 cloakroom, 2 bathrooms (walk-in shower and shower cubicle). Beautiful independent farmhouse completely renovated in a green setting rocked by the song of birds in the heart of the countryside between Caudry, Cambrai, Iwuy and Valenciennes. If you want to swim, work out indoors or enjoy a hammam, sauna and jacuzzi, the Caudry aquatic complex is 10 minutes away. You can also, if you prefer, access a hammam - sauna - private jacuzzi area in Avesnes les Aubert, 5 minutes away (by reservation). There are also some very beautiful stages: the Hippodrome de Douai (45min), the Scènes Mitoyennes de Caudry (10 min) or Cambrai (15 min) and the Phoenix de Valenciennes (30 min) which will offer you a large number of shows. Valenciennes is 25 minutes away, Lille one hour away and Belgium 50 minutes away (Mons). To park, there is a car park roughly in front of the accommodation (30 s on foot). Important notes: no shoes in the yoga room, nor in the bedrooms. We do not smoke at the Chamanoir. Autonomous access, the accommodation has a key box. The coffee machine is a Tassimo. There is also a classic coffee maker.
