The kitchen with 4 seats is fully equipped with a coffee machine, Nesspresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, stove, fume hood, oven, large fridge, dishwasher. The very nice and large bathroom has a shower and large vanity. Children's equipment fully available: high chair, baby bath, travel cot with bed linen, portable children's toilet The apartment is handicapped accessible and equipped with underfloor heating (large tiles). You will receive an additional towel service for stays of at least 1 week. Consumption costs for electricity, heating, water and household waste disposal are included. For the bed linen, towels and final cleaning, we charge a one-off fee of 90 euros per booking period. Interim cleaning is available on request. The gas grill use is one-time € 15. Dogs gladly on request per 12 euros. The Berlin city tax is 5% of the rental amount and is payable on arrival. This does not apply to professional stays.
