Our massive thatched roof house, completed in 2017, with its 2 captain's gables, is located in the Rerik Baltic Sea resort park. This newly developed cottage settlement is located near the Baltic Sea beach and consists of thatched roof houses as well as houses with classic roofing.  The 628 sqm plot is located on the edge of the holiday park. The view to the south is unobstructed, so an undisturbed view over the cooling (landscape conservation area) is inclusive. As almost all rooms have floor to ceiling windows, you can enjoy the view not only from the terrace but also from inside the house. The house itself has a floor space of approximately 160 square meters and is modern and family-friendly. It offers space for 8 people with its 4 bedrooms. Our low-energy house is heated by an air / heat pump and has a triple glazing. For a pleasant air circulation ensures a regulated ventilation with heat recovery.
