This lovely, stylish and newly renovated 3-rooms apartment has 2 bedrooms (double and twin bedded, +kids travel bed available.); open plan living room (with a double sleeping sofa) and kitchen; bathroom separate from WC; small balcony. Apartment is fully equipped to ensure comfortable and pleasant stay. Central and convenient location, near all the attractions. Children's Amusement Park less than 10 minutes walk away. Attention to details. Cleanliness guaranteed. Free parking in the yard. This apartment is our family project. Whole family has contributed and paid attention to details to ensure pleasant and comfortable stay for our quests. We believe that the magic is in the details. Apartment is well equipped, like one of our quests said: from shaving cream to honey for the tea. Kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher for your convenience, as we believe holidays should not include any dishwashing. Bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, with the thought of our quests who wish to enjoy Ventspils a bit longer. The whole apartment is available. However, if only one of the bedrooms is being rented, quests will not have the access to the other one. It is rare I am available in person as I live in the capital city, but as mention before, this apartment is our family project. My father lives in the town and is usually available in person in case some assistance is needed. Do not hesitate to take contact with me if needed, and I will take care of the rest. Apartment is centrally located in good and peaceful neighbourhood, close to Ventspils University and Regional Hospital, close to facilities and attractions. Our beautiful Blue Flag beach is only 20-25 minutes walk away. Best attraction for kids- Children's Amusement Park, is less than 10 minutes walk away, and it is totally for free. There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance.
