Comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges, a large open plan kitchen which opens into a large garden. A 10 min walk into Steyning/nearby river /countryside A modernised yet charming semi-detached family home. Comprising of 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges, a large open plan kitchen which opens into a large patio/garden. Spread over 3 floors the property is spacious and provides an ideal retreat; a 10 min walk into Steyning, the nearby river, and the countryside. Our home can accommodate 5 or more guests. Please contact me if you require this number of guests as an additional charge may be added. A large open plan kitchen with a Rangemaster cooker, numerous appliances and plentiful seating The sleeping/bedroom arrangements are: Second floor. (entire loft). A super king-size bed in the loft with an adjacent bathroom (shower & toilet) 2 single mattresses are also available in this room. First Floor. A single bed in each of the first-floor bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has the option of an additional single bed to make one double bed All rooms apart from a small study. A neighbour will be available to support if I am not available. The thriving village of Steyning provides an ideal combination of countryside living with modern facilities. The historical High Street offers a comprehensive range of shopping facilities and a small shopping arcade, Cobblestone Walk, which has more than 25 independent shops set around a 16th century tea house. There is plenty of choice for places to eat with a wide range of restaurants, pubs and cafés. There is a library, health centre, churches of many denominations and a leisure centre with swimming pool. Steyning offers good road links to the coast and regular local bus services to Burgess Hill, Pulborough, Henfield, Storrington, Brighton and Hove. A bus to Brighton will take about 50 mins Brighton is approximately 12 miles distance, Worthing and the coast 8 miles and Shoreham-by-Sea with its mainline railway station just 5 miles. Horsham, Gatwick and London are accessible via the A24/A23/M23. Shoreham-by-Sea is the nearest train station which is a 15 minute drive.
