Sleeping next to the Water Tower
The B&B is next to a 100 year old historic water tower. You have access to two rooms: a sitting room and a bedroom, both with doors to the garden. The price including €2,20 tourist tax per person A sitting room with a contiguous bedroom. The 2 beds (2 x 90/200) have Tempur mattresses. If desired, the beds can be pushed together. Free Internet access, wifi, tv, DVD player, laptop, Senseo coffee, water boiler, coffee, tea, towels and bathrobes. Exclusive use of a sitting room and a bedroom. The shower, toilet, fridge, microwave, oven and garden are shared with the owner. The living room is for private use of the owner. You can make free use of a parking permit, normal it's cost 2 euro a hour, that allows you to park the car on the street where the house is located. On weekends and school holidays the guests can check-in from 14:00 and weekly 16.30 and check-out until 12.00 (these times are negotiable if the occupancy permits and the luggage can be stored before the check-in and after the check-out, if necessary). Upon check-in the guests will receive the keys of the house and of the rooms. At the check-out, the keys should be dropped in the mailbox. The guests are free to prepare their own breakfast (there is a grocery and bakery store very nearby). The neighborhood offers several options for breakfast / lunch in walking distance. Who prefer diner here has the option to go to 'Goud Goed' at the corner, distance 10 meter. In this shop you can composing a fresh mail and take away. You can also order a breakfast there when you prefer. The B&B is situated in a pleasant street in the popular “Schildersbuurt”, a historical area in the city center. Several cafes, pubs, restaurants and other shops are located less than 500 meters away and a supermarket is situated just around the corner. The B&B is located very closely to the “Noorderplantsoen”, the park where the “Noorderzonfestival” takes place every year. Less than 15 minutes walking distance to the Grote Markt, the heart of the city, and to the Groninger Museum. There are several bus lines around the corner including direct ones to the Zernike Complex and to the Central Station. No pets You can Smoke outside
