'The River Mountain House' between two rivers at 998m in National Park

La Maison entre Deux Rivières is a comfortable house, completely renovated in 2011-2012, located in the Mediterranean (eastern) Pyrénées, about an hour's drive from the Mediterranean Sea. This comfortable villa with a lot of privacy and a large garden is situated between two rivers that both flow over the yard. Due to the altitude of 990 meters above sea level, the temperature in the summer is generally very comfortable, with warm summer days and cooler summer nights. The location in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve "Parc Naturelle des Pyrénées Catalanes" ensures that tranquility and natural beauty are guaranteed. The house can be used as a single dwelling, but if desired also as two fully independent dwellings. The main house then uses the entrance at the front as well as the garden and the terrace at the front and bottom of the house. While the apartment then has its own entrance at the top and also has a large private garden with its own terrace and barbecue. The house has its own natural water source with wonderfully fresh water that sprouts on the slope behind the house. Indoors, both kitchens - in addition to the regular hot and cold water pipes - are specially equipped with an extra 'spring water' tap.
