We offer a 83m2 sunny apartment located in the heart of the city (2 min walk to Old Town Square, 2 min walk to Adam Mickiewicz Theatre, 2 min walk to Czech Republic and other main sights of the city). Apartment ST1 is on the second floor of a 19th century building. Located in an area with great selection of restaurants and bars, close to public transport and with many stores and supermarkets nearby. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. The apartment has been very recently renovated with a very fresh, arty and chic style. Here's a list of of things we provide to our guest/s: ⁃ Bedroom 1: with double bed and great views to the old town ⁃ Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and one extra bed if required ⁃ Fresh linen and towels are provided ⁃ Air conditioning and central heating ⁃ 42” LCD screen TV + DVD + satelite TV ⁃ Wi-fi internet ⁃ A very modern and spatious kitchen with brand new modern appliances such as fridge, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle along with cooking utensils, full dinner set, glasses, etc ⁃ Luxurious bathroom with shower (Towels, toilet paper, soap, hand wash and hair dryer and washing machine are all provided) ⁃ Iron and ironing board ⁃ A welcoming bottle of wine provided on arrival. Also, complimentary tea bags and ground coffee, plus basics for cooking like oil, vinegar, salt and spices… Check in and check out are flexible, except in cases in which there is a group coming/leaving the same day. I always welcome guests personally to ensure they arrive well, understand all facilities and may have their burning questions answered. I am pleased to assist my guests in anything I can. If you need tips, information or you want me to arrange any sort of service (taxi, reservations at restaurants, tickets, etc) prior to your arrival, please do not hesitate to ask me! During your stay, you will be able to contact me anytime (sms, whatsup, email, phone...). I am always available! The apartment is very conveniently located. You can easily reach main sights by walk: Old Town Square, Adam Mickiewicz Theatre or border with Czech Republic.
