A comfy family house in historic central Faversham
A lovely period property, centrally located in Faversham, in a sought-after location, conveniently situated under 5 mins walk to the train station and 5 to 10 mins walk into the historic and picturesque town. Comfortable and stylish, relax and unwind with 3 reception rooms, there's plenty of space and with a garden for alfresco dining. Within easy reach of the old town's charming Market Place from where the many historical buildings, restaurants and creek can be easily reached on foot. With 3 reception rooms and 3 bedroms plus a basement TV room with 2 new sofa beds, there's plenty of room. Period features and fire places throughout, original artworks on the walls and cosy sofas. You will have the whole yourself, though we normally live in the house so there will be all of our possessions here. We trust that you will take good care of our house and things. I won't be available in person but I am contactable on the phone. I have a neighbour who lives nearby who will be able to give the keys etc. We have many unique landmarks; Faversham creek, many countryside walks or the charming market stalls and coffee shops and many historical landmarks. We are situated just off the M2 and A2 roads. The train station is less than 5 mins walk, (London 1 hour away by train) and there are bus routes throughout.
