Colorful, cozy room in central Jönköping!

Welcome to our home! Dafni has moved to Gothenburg but Gregory will stay to host you in this central apartment in Jönköping. He will be here to socialize, help you find your way around and make you comfortable. Your bedroom is spacious and bright with a double bed, generous desk, several bookshelves and a big closet. The signum of your room is the big sky-and-clouds-painting that covers one entire wall. In combination with all the pictures from Greek islands, this is a little meditteranean haven. The bathroom, big living room and big kitchen is shared. Gregory has his own bedroom between the kitchen and living room. The building also has a communal balcony and yard! Gregory loves cooking and socializing and as such will often be found in the kitchen when he is at home, you will reach him easily by phone or chat when he's not. Depending on his free time, he may escort you to various sightseeing around the city, but even when he is not available, he will be more than happy to give you all the information you might need to make your stay as smooth as possible. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet at Cafe Lindströms and the sushi at #036, both directly across the street from the apartment. A short walk away you'll find the big park Stadsparken, and very close a smaller one, Idas park. In two minutes walk you find Friaredalen, another luscious park with playground for the children, tables, benches and pit fire amenities for picnic , a football plan, open air gymnastic equipment, and a duck pond. This part of the city is one of the oldest, build sometime around the beginning of the last century, with houses no higher than three stories, and of course all the charm of that era. The apartment is next to the bus station Torpaplan from where you can get to Jönköping center in 6 minutes. There are lots of paying parking places on the streets around the building. There are parks, grocery stores, post office, cigarette kiosk, a flower shop, an Asian grocery, coffee shops, and restaurants a stone's throw from the apartment. Some days Gregory will be out of town, but he will see to always be available through the telephone, and assist you in any way possible!
