Art Luxury Resort Villa with Infinity Pool

An exquisite villa in a wonderful private location with a panoramic view to Aegean Sea. In the main building there are 4 big bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms (one with jaccuzi) fully equiped large kitchen, a double faced fireplace, a big living room with a piano, an office. By the main villa there is an infinity pool 11mX5m with a big wooden deck. A separate stonehouse of 50 s.m. leads to the deck and the pool and is equiped with a sauna, a treadmill, a big screen home cinema with a projector. The main characteristics of the villa are the original paintings, 8500 books, the objects of art and the wonderful 5.000s.m. garden with cedar trees, fir trees, cypress and many different flowers. The overflowing, infinity pool merges with the horizon offering a magnificent view to the sea and wonderful sunsets. There is an outdoor barbeque and in the villa 8 large italian sofas. All the beds are king size. We clean thoroughly with attention to every detail, using steam and chlorine solution. The gate to the estate has direct access to the main road and there is parking in the estate for a lot of cars. The estate and the villa offer absolute privacy as they occupy an entire hillside. Wonderful beaches are within a 15 km radius from the villa which is just 19km from the city of Volos and 45km from the airport of Anghialos.The guests have exclusive use of the villa, the pool and the entire estate.Many beautiful stone built villages are nearby offering great gastronomic choices. We personally welcome our guests giving them all the information they need and then we respect their privacy. There are two printouts at the guests' disposal, one with functional information about the estate and the villa and the other with information about excursions, activities and cultural events in the area. About 500m from the villa there is a wonderful open air amphitheater in which music and theater events take place throughout the summer. The estate is located at about the middle of the Pelion peninsula within striking distance of all the 46 villages and the many wonderful beaches. The view from the villa is unique combining the mountain landscape with the sea, giving the impression of living on an island.
