A modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with private garden within 5 min walk of James Cook University Hospital. This Middlesbrough home offers up to 8 guests an exceptional place to stay near the local hospital and business district. Recently refurbished, this mid-terrace house in a residential area of Middlesbrough is now ready to welcome guests and make them really feel at home. We have strived to make this property a high quality, comfortable and cosy place to stay, to provide a refuge from the hospital, traffic or work. But it’s a practical place too, the home being wheelchair friendly on the ground floor, with a sofa bed in the lounge and a walk-in shower with shower seat meaning it’s easy to stay here without having to venture upstairs. In short, this place is ideal for people staying in the area on business, or families wanting to be based near someone who might be having treatment at the nearby hospital. The lounge features a 43” flat screen smart TV that gives you access to Netflix, so you can keep following that series that’s got you hooked even while you’re away from home. There’s also a DVD player, so bring your favourite films (although a few oldies to chose from in the house). For those times you’re not watching TV, you’ll find the house well-stocked with books and board games. Moving onto the kitchen/diner, which hopefully has the wow factor. We hope we’ve thought of pretty much everything in terms of the appliances and implements you need to self-cater during your stay. You’ll also be able to use the Nespresso coffee machine to fix yourself a tasty drink, plus there’s a Nutri Ninja, slow cooker and spiraliser for anyone in your party who really wants to show off their creative culinary skills during your stay. Serve it all up at the adjacent extending dining table, a great place for a formal sit down meal, or a casual takeaway, as well as somewhere you can play those board games you'll find in the house. Or, if you’re visiting Middlesbrough or the North East on business, you can sit down and get your laptop out to get some work done. From here you can see out through the patio doors and into the garden which features a combination of paving and grass, and gives you a great place to get away from it all. When the time comes to wind down at the end of the day (or freshen up at the start) this property’s three bathrooms will mean you’re unlikely to have to queue, however many people are in your group. As well as the wet room downstairs, there's a shower and WC upstairs, plus a bathroom featuring a bath with shower over. The quartet of bedrooms are also all well presented, and give you plenty of options in terms of sleeping arrangements. There’s a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with twins that can be linked together to form a Superking bed, a third bedroom with two singles (great for the kids) and a fourth bedroom for whoever in your group doesn’t mind sleeping alone (or whoever snores the loudest!). The bedroom with the superking/or twin beds is also large enough to have a travel cot in the room for anyone wanting to bring their beautiful babies to stay too! And as mentioned earlier, the sofabed in the lounge provides another place to sleep. This home is exclusively available to you and your group for the duration of your booking. You will have access all areas, including the garden. The home is also wheelchair friendly, with the ground floor offering sleeping space and a shower room. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a great time in this 4 bed home, whatever the reason they are visiting Middlesbrough. So you will be left free to enjoy the home during your stay, but will be always able to call or message us should you need to, and we are able to call on our local team in any emergency . Their contact details will be shared with you once you have confirmed your booking. This plush four bedroom home is located in a residential area in Middlesbrough, just a few minutes walk from James Cook University Hospital. So if you want to be near someone who’s having treatment there, or if you are working at the hospital, this place is ideal. The house is also close to Middlesbrough town centre, so if you are in the region on business, this house is in a great location to make accessing the business district really easy. No parties or events should be held in the house. Please find somewhere else if you’re planning something big and noisy. Speaking of noise, please remember this house is located in a residential area, so for the sake of our neighbours, we politely ask all guests to keep the noise down at all times, but especially between 10PM and 7AM. Thanks again.
