La Mariposa Borracha Apartment was built last year. The place is warm and comfortable, with a wide sun-exposed balcony for hang the washing out. Suitable whether for romantic getaways or lonesome travelers. Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, in order to assure a quiet stay at the best interior temperature. Whatever the story of your life is, you will be welcome! The Apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary to enjoy your stay: - Air conditioners in all rooms. - A modern brand-new wooden kitchen with electric oven and microwave, pots and pans, glasses, dishes, cuttery and table linen. - A closet with a washing machine and washing soap. - A bookshelf with a bit of Italian classic literature (even for children). - A modern shower equipped with shampoo, shower gel and sponges (towels are included). - Space-saving closet in the ceiling (where you can cram luggages and other voluminous objects) to maintain the house costantly habitable and roomy. - Bedroom with a queen-size bed, with 2 couples of pillows and additional blankets. A private parking lot is always available for our Guests. It has 24/7 videosurveillance. I speak English, Spanish and Japanese. My house is right next to the Apartment, so for any special need, all you have to do is call me (or write me an SMS or on Whats-App). I'll be happy to help you - and have a little chat! We're very close to the Main Streets of the city. (About buying tickets, ask me.) IF YOU HAVE A CAR, we're positioned exactly in front of the state highway 130, that connects Assemini to Cagliari in just 10 minutes. In 15 minutes it's possible to stroll in the close Natural Park of Monte Arcosu, have a packed lunch whether in there or in one of the local agritourisms. In 30-40 minutes you can reach some of the most beautiful South-Sardinian beaches and the wonderful Sulcis Old-Mines Park. In the Apartment you can find a Table of Useful Numbers; however, if you don't speak Italian, I'll take care of ordering your pizzas or reserve you a table at the Restaurant! For any eventuality, you'll find an extinguisher in the closet. Asseminian cats do a lot of weight lifting, so if you happen to fight with one of them, you should know that there's a First-Aid Kit in the bathroom cabinet.
