Cosy house with garden in the spa-region

My quiet and cosy house with a beautiful closed and green courtyard is rented as a complete accommodation and with 2 bedrooms is well suitable for single travellers, couples and families who would like to spend time in the country. Birgit The cosy, quiet and ground floor apartment has about 100 m2 and is open to the courtyard through the living room with a French door. So you can enjoy your coffee or breakfast outside in the morning sun. The living room is open plan, has a dining room, a kitchen and an additional pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Toilet and bathroom (separate), a small bedroom with pull-out bed and a large bedroom complete the living unit. The house has an annex (with laundry room), a lovely quiet enclosed courtyard and an orchard behind the house. With its enclosed courtyard, the house is particularly suitable for families with small children or pets. The courtyard is at your disposal, my family and I will take care of the garden and cut the lawn. ;-) Please contact me by mail or phone, I will be happy to help you with any questions. Within a few minutes by car you will find several thermal baths for relaxing and cosy wine cellars. Ask us for recommendations. The nearest shopping facilities (supermarket, bank, post office, tobacconist's), a swimming pool, the castle café, the Gasthof zum Hirschen or the Labonca organic farm can be found in Burgau, 5 minutes by car or Fürstenfeld. By car you can quickly reach Riegersburg, visit the chocolate factory Zotter, the castle with the bird/eagle station, the Gölles vinegar factory, the Vulcano ham or a Fromagerie. Between Heugraben and Rohr you can hike around the marshes and also see the moor oxen. A trip to Graz is also highly recommended. There are train connections from Vienna or Graz to Bad Waltersdorf or Fürstenfeld; you can take the bus G1 (Vienna-Güssing) to Stegersbach. However, a car is highly recommended. My accommodation is near the spa region Bad Waltersorf (approx. 15 minutes by car), Stegersbach (approx. 10 minutes by car) and Bad Blumau (approx. 10 minutes by car), H2O-Therme (approx. 15 minutes) well suited for family-friendly activities. The golf courses Bad Waltersdorf and Stegersbach can be reached by car. Riegersburg is about 30 minutes away by car, Fürstenfeld 15 minutes and also the border to Hungary or Slovenia can be reached in about 35 minutes. You will love the house because of the surroundings, the comfortable equipment and the tranquillity. It is well suited for couples, single travellers and families, also with pets.
