The Boathouse St Just Private Patio & Veranda

The Boathouse studio is situated in St Just, 2 min from the town & close to some of Cornwall’s most stunning scenery & the coastal path. It is separate from the main house & has its own entrance with a pretty & sunny private courtyard. The studio has original slate roof & barn doors. Thoughtfully decorated & 18m2, opposite is a utility room with drying facilities & storage . Outside is a loggia & sunny patio area with palm trees & succulents. We are dog friendly. (Website hidden by Airbnb) The double bed is superbly comfortable with quality bedding and essential for a restful break. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher a hob, microwave/ electric cooker, steamer and all facilities for a comfortable stay. There is a bench under the loggia and a bistro table and chairs on the patio. The Boathouse is not suitable for disabled access. If you need extra to store luggage or to dry clothes etc in a tumble dryer please let us know and we can allow access to the utility room. It is accessed at the side through a high gate. The whole area is very secure but St Just is a very safe town. We are available most of the time but our guests self access. When not in town our change over staff will be available to assist if any issue occur. St Just is a very popular small town with a supermarket, butchers, baker, chemist, hotels and public houses, cafes, a doctors surgery, church and chapel. St Just hosts various music and arts events summer festivals and the traditional Cornish feast held on the nearest Monday to the first of November. We cannot guarantee parking outside of the Boathouse but there is normal parking on the road. There is also public free parking a minute away through a cut-through opposite the accomodation. The walks in and around St Just are exceptional and a must for those interested in social and industrial history and the natural world. It is just a five minute drive through the town to the small harbour of Cape Cornwall from we’re the accommodation gained its name. The Boathouse is minutes from two bus tops and there are two local taxi services. All information is in the welcome pack at the Boathouse. We have two cats (Piggy and Sebastian) that sometimes use the courtyard/ patio area for access. They are lovely and friendly. The utility room is perfect to dry and store walking and surfing gear and extra luggage.
