Cozy guest house near airport with lakeside sauna

Only 20 min from Göteborg city and 15 min from Landvetter Airport you can enjoy living comfortably and very close to nature. This guest house studio offers a complete kitchen, a convenient bathroom, 2 single beds in the sleeping loft and a bed-sofa for 2 in the living room. Whether for business or leisure, enjoy the lakeside- sauna and terrace, take a swim or take a tour around the lake with the rowing boat, maybe some fishing or just enjoy the magnificent sunset. And yes, parking is free! Nature is at your doorstep to enjoy but should nature get overwhelming and you need some civilization the city centre of Gothenburg is only 20 min away by car. There you can enjoy the city, the harbour, many events, and the beautiful archipelago just outside the city. You will be living in a studio with a sleeping loft. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen including stove & oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and plenty of cupboards. The bathroom has a shower and a laundry machine and tumble dryer. The sleeping loft has two single beds. The living room has a bed sofa that sleeps two. Just outside there is a terrace with table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or breakfast. Down the lawn, you will reach the lake with a beach and landing stage, which you can use for swimming, fishing, a tour with our rowing boat or just relax at the lakeside terrace and enjoy the marvellous sunset. Don't miss the sauna with a marvelous view on the lake. Parking for your car is available of course. I may not be available in person but make sure your check-in and stay will be as smooth as possible. For shopping the town of Landvetter is 10 min drive away where there are two large supermarkets, a pharmacy, some restaurants, and other shops. Landvetter international airport is a convenient 15 min drive away. Gothenburg city is a 20 min drive from the cottage, the city of Borås takes 40 min by car. A 10 min walk will take you to a bus stop and from there a 20 min bus ride (bus nr. 620) will get you to Landvetter city centre with connections to Gothenburg, Airport or Borås. We recommend to use a car to get to and from our place, either your own car, a rental or a taxi/Uber. There are busses but they don't go very often. The guest house is part of a bigger estate and you will have direct neighbours, an elderly couple, that are very nice and helpful if you need any or will just leave you alone if you prefer that. The airport is close which has its advantages but also means you will be hearing noise from airplanes taking off and landing. It is very hard to know whether this will be disturbing for you or not. If you are worried it might, I suggest you read the reviews of all that have stayed here before you and draw your own conclusions from that.
