The Lodge - Beccles

The lodge is spacious and beautifully furnished with high end fixtures and fittings. Situated in Beccles, close to the river waveney. The lodge overlooks a wooded dell area and is perfect for small families, couples or singles looking for a relaxing stay with plenty of places to explore nearby. The interior has been designed for accessibility with everything including parking easily accessible and on one level. The courtyard garden is fully enclosed. The lodge at Catherine house is well equipped and finished to a high standard. The kitchen, lounge and dining area are open plan, with patio doors leading to a private courtyard area with seating. The bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and king size bed, cotton bed linen and fluffy towels are included. The lounge has a sofa bed which can be available for extra guests or children*. The kitchen is fully equipped including cooker/hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer plus all your cooking essentials. A travel cot/highchair booster seat can be provided free of charge. TV's in the lounge and bedroom are both Smart TV's and Wifi is available for all guests. The lodge is fully accessible for independent wheel chair users. *Please ensure you select 3 guests if you would like to use the sofa-bed for an adult or add the number of children staying for a family. There is an additional charge for the extra bedding. There are several off road parking spaces at the lodge. It is around a 10 minute walk into Beccles Town Centre. I live locally and am available for emergencies or any questions The lodge is located in the beautiful and thriving market town of Beccles which has several restaurants, cafes, shops and a Lido! A short walk will take you to the broads where you can hire a day boat or canoe to explore the river or just follow the many river paths to explore by foot. We are also in easy reach of many coastal towns including Southwold and Walberswick and attractions including Somerleyton Hall and Minsmere RSPB reserve. The lodge has private parking and is walking distance from Beccles town centre which has a bus station and train station.
