In the large pool room you will find the lovely swimming pool and a whirlpool for 4 people. There is also a separate shower in the pool room. There is a large, combined living / dining room furnished with good furniture. The living room is also equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player and a digital satellite dish. The kitchen department is richly equipped with i.a. ceramic hobs, refrigerator with 60 l freezer and microwave. From both the kitchen and the living room there is direct access to the house terrace. The house has a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating as well as a guest toilet. There are four bedrooms and a loft. For the little holiday guests there are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. On the plot there is a swing set, play boat, slide and petanque court, all of which provide many hours of entertainment for the whole family. The house is located on a 1428 m & # 178; large natural plot just a short walk from Ristinge Strand. Not for rent to youth groups.
