The apartment is on the second floor of a house from 1892. It is 100 Square metres, with 3 bedrooms, a large livingroom, two balconys and a separate entrance. We both like to play golf and are members to Rya Golfcourse situated 2 km from the house. Within an hour's ride by car you'll find 20 different colf Courses, from seaside to forest Courses. The village has restaurants, food stores and quaint stores, as well as a large marina for both sailing boths and smaller fishing boats. From the apartment there's a 200 metre walk to the beach with a Blue Flag certificate. The village has good infrastructure and bus Connections, with only 20 minutes by bus to the city Helsingborg. Closest international Airports are Kastrup (CPH) and Malmö (MMX).
