Private room, shared open plan living space.

I’m offering my guest space for Females or couples only. My home is in a good location. Close to shops and outdoor spaces. It is open plan so privacy is limited. The house is on the outskirts of Nottingham where there are good transport links into the city centre about 8 miles away. I am close to East Midlands airport. A taxi will cost £25 each way. I may be able to drop off or collect for a small charge. Guests have access to the kitchen to make drinks and snacks. I work full time from home so cooking main meals is by arrangement. I have a lovely garden that gets the sun most of the day which guests are welcome to use. The patio has a sofa and dining area, a gas barbecue and a fire pit. Plus lighting so it can be used in the evening. This is my home so you will be sharing the house with me. I’m sociable and well travelled and like to think I’m good at conversation if you want company. I am in easy walking distance to Giltbrook retail park where you can shop at Ikea, Decathlon, Next, TKMAX amongst others. There is a Starbucks, Costa, Frankie and Benny’s, Pizza Express and Nando’s. Close to J26 of the M1 so good transport links and a good base to explore Derbyshire Peak District and Sherwood Forest. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to get to the main road to get onto the main bus route. There is a park and ride about 10 minutes drive away at Phoenix Park. Trams run into Nottingham every 10 minutes. If you want to travel further afield I would recommend you have a car. There isn’t a television in the room. There is parking for 2 cars and I’m happy to share the drive with you. If you have a car and want to use the drive please be prepared for us to shuffle the vehicles round occasionally.
