Family home in a village 5 miles from Silverstone

Lower Cottage is a lovely 7 bedroom house 5 miles from near Silverstone Circuit. Set in the quiet village of Pury End near Towcester, this is the perfect place to stay with some fantastic things in the surrounding area. A family home with 5 adult bedrooms, plus a 6th in the annexe, and a fantastic garden. We can only accommodate family groups due to neighbours and being previously let down by parties. Relax in your own home away from home. Enjoy the comfort of a real home with views out over the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside. Premium bedding and central heating to ensure that your stay is as cosy as possible. Downstairs, the house includes use of the full kitchen which includes a 4-door aga and all the kitchen essentials. A dining room that sits 10 comfortably (plus more using additional tables). There is a playroom with tv and separate more formal Sitting Room. On the first floor, there are 3 main bedrooms. The master bedroom has a en-suite and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a shower and his and her sinks. Bedroom 2 is usually a toddlers room with a single bed but can be made into a twin or double. Bedroom 3 is a nursery with a cot. On the top floor, there are two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bath. There is an additional single room, bedroom 6, that is adjoined to bedroom 5. There is also a cot in here as well as a single bed. The final bedroom is above the garage in a self-contained annexe. This can be made as a Super-King bed or Twin and contains a bath/shower and its own basic kitchenette. In the garden, there is an outhouse that contains an office and basic gym. There is also a 14ft trampoline in the garden. WIFI is available throughout most of the property with high speeds, perfect for streaming television. Secure off-street parking is available with an in and out drive. There is access in the garage for 2 cars but please request access to this in advance. Our house is the perfect retreat with Silverstone Circuit and Whilttlebury Luxury Spar all on its doorstep. We are available nearby or on the phone should you have any questions. Lower Cottage is located in the heard of Nothamptionshire's countryside surrounded by fields and plenty of footpaths. The next-door village, that is walkable, has a great pub and Towcester has various restaurants, shops and takeaways. Within 5 miles is Silverstone Circuit, the home of the British Grand Prix, Whittlebury Spa and Golf Course and the market town of Towcester. Within 10 miles is Milton Keynes Central with trains to and from London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh. The Village is a short drive to the A5 which links Towcester to Milton Keynes. Milton Keynes has regular trains to and from London and other major UK hubs. There is a bus link to Towcester, Northampton and Milton Keynes within the village.
