Sunny apartment only 4' by foot to the nearest sandy beach, with a big lawn garden, private spacious balcony, 2 free parking slots. Fully equipped and well taken care of, the apartment is 60 square meters and is part of a large summer house. It is separated from the rest of the house. It is air-conditioned and comes with Wi-Fi. The apartment is ideal for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families. It has a spacious master bedroom with a beauty salon and a second one with a small balcony looking at the village. A bathroom with a laundry area, a hallway, and a fully equipped kitchen - living room area with a flat-screen TV and desk for your laptop. We can provide a chromecast device (free of charge) if you have a Netflix account and want to stream your favorite shows and movies. *Request the chromecast BEFORE your arrival. The Kitchen - living room area has two pull-out couches. The private spacious balcony is approximately 50 square meters and you can enjoy your breakfast or your evening drinks under the starry sky. You have full & private access to the spacious balcony in front of the apartment (1st floor) The front yard is fully accessible but once per day we will have to water the lawn and the flowers in order to maintain it. I will be happy to greet you on arrival at our home. Most days during your stay (if not all) I will be staying on the ground floor with my husband and my dog Fidel. At the center of Legrena area (5' walk from the apartment), there is a mini market for your daily basic shopping, restaurants that serve traditional Greek food or tavernas that serve fish exclusively, pizza restaurant, coffee shop, bakery, etc. Restaurants serve Greek traditional food There are a lot of beautiful beaches you can swim by the coastline. We can give you all the information you need. Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounio is only 8' drive (5.5 km) from the apartment. The temple is one of the most known archaeological sites in Europe. The town of Lavrio is 20' drive and has a port with connections to many islands. You also have the ability to enjoy great cafes by the marina, more restaurants/tavernas as well as many more shopping opportunities. The other closest small city is Anavyssos (approx. 10' drive) where you can find shopping centers, markets, gas stations, and other services. 40mins drive from the National airport Eleftherios Venizelos to get to the apartment (approx. 45km), and 60km away (1-hour drive) from the center of Athens Public transportation: The bus stop is 5' walk from the apartment. The bus routes have fixed time schedule for trips to the centre of Athens or nearby villages and cities by the coastline. The bus line to the centre of Athens is every one hour. For the city of Lavrio is every 1-2 hours. Full time schedule will be provided on request.
