Cozy room in idyllic old farm house

Imsweiler is a small, idyllic village in North-Pfalz. You can walk to the train station in 10 min. and get to Kaiserslautern by train or car in c. 30 min. Your room is upstairs (1st floor), the bathroom is on the ground floor and also provides a sauna (10€ for 2 hours of use). We're living in the house next door where you can also use our kitchen and can get breakfast (for details see below). We have a nice garden with chickens and cats, and you can use our terrace, sit in the sun... enjoy! Your room is located in a beautiful house that is built in a typically regional way. It was constructed around millenium. As there were used mostly natural materials for the construction, there is a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room is upstairs (on the 1st floor). There are two beds (either next to each other or seperated) with 0,90x2,00m each. The bathroom is on the ground floor and will only be used by you and possible guests from the other double room in the same house. We have a nice green courtyard with a terrace, wich you can use as well. The building in which your room and the bathroom are located has a seperate entrance. There is another building next door where we are living and where you can use the kitchen if you want. It's only a few steps away. As we are living next door, we will be there to welcome you and answer all your questions, give you advice for trips etc. The house is located centrally but quietly in the village. Next to the house there is a small river. You have to walk only a few minutes to be surrounded by nature. There are many hills, so you will have a nice view if you walk up. ou can walk to the Imsweiler train station in 10 minutes; from there you can get to Kaiserslautern in 27 minutes and to Bad Kreuznach in 42 minutes. The trains leave every hour. Imsweiler has also a good road connection; the highway A63 is 10 km away. There is free parking space next to the house. If you want we can offer you a breakfast (min. of 2 guests; 10€ per person). In your bathroom, there is a sauna wich you can also use (10€ for 2h).
