Covers 8 housing units in several ones and two-story buildings. The shingle/pebble beach sits 150m in front of the complex with translucent water and, with only a handful of accommodation in this bay, the beach never gets crowded, even in August! Local taverns with traditional Greek cuisine can be reached on foot from Oliva Complex as can mini-markets. The beach is also well known to the kite-surfers. The swimming pool is open from May 15th to October 15th. My family and I (a couple with two kids) use the house as our vacation house and we take good care of it. The maisonette was redecorated in June 2017, in order to fit our needs. We also love traveling and meeting new people so we love to share our apartment with people who will respect it and enjoy it as much as we do! Athens Airport is 2 hours from here. 40 klm from here you can visit Patras, the capital city of the Perfecture. There you can find many high end boutiques, a newly built state-of-the-art archailogical Museum, fancy restaurants, sushi bars and many bars and cafes. Ancient Olympia, the place where the Olympic Games began, is about 170 klm away, but totally worth a visit. There you can find the archaiological site and the archaiological Museum with many interesting exhibits. Nafpaktos is a beautiful small city you can visit, after crossing the Rio bridge, only 46 klm away! It is recommended to have a car for easy access to the property. In any case, I would suggest you a taxi company that can arrange transportation for you.
