Hy, I'm Dorin and we are offering the upper level of my mother's house for renting as a family side business We can welcome a total of up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms and a living room with a double bed each or sofa (living room) Our location is really close to the city center (5 min. of walking) and freeparking right out front 1 - Large Bedroom + private bathroom 2 - Large Bedroom + private bathroom 3 - Small Bedroom / shared bathroom 4 - Small Bedroom / shared bathroom 5 - Living Room Best thing at our place is the terrace (see photos) which offers you the possibility of relaxing in your own private outdoor space The apartment is on the second level of our house, in the ground floor you can find my mom's private business (Hair Saloon) and her living space. We provide private access to the apartment so that you may not interact directly with the host. The area is usually quiet, except for thursday morning when usually is a fare nearby. You have quick acces to a cafe (Eden - 100m) where you can drink your morning coffee and have breakfast in case you don't want to use our own facilities. Sebeș is a small town, basically you have acces by foot to any location, and the fact that our location is close to the city center offers a lot of help in that way. Otherwise a cab is always a smart decision, most of the fares are cheap (up to 10 RON)
