This is a private, clean, comfortable apartment for 1 person with separate entrance in our new home. We are a mile from downtown near the bike path, the mill river, and Smith college. Private bathroom with a shower; kitchen basics: fridge, microwave, toaster, teapot, pour over coffee. Wifi and smart tv. Sunny with central air in the summer warm and cozy in the winter. Walk or ride a bike to town. We’re located in Village Hill. The front door is your private entrance to your personal space. You have a private bathroom and shower with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer we provide. There is a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle and Pour over coffee pot. We provide decaf and regular coffee, tea, and water. There are utensils in the drawer under the microwave. Milk available on request. Private space with separate entrance through the front door. Lockbox with key We are available by email or text (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). We live in the house but the space is private with a private entrance and separate from our space. We respect everyone's privacy but would love to meet you. If you'd like the say "hi" just text or knock on the door. Biking/ Walking trail, Dog park Loops up to 3 miles right there along Mill River, Smith college, downtown Northampton (one mile) , Easthampton and Florence are nearby. there is a bus stop a block away Our house has plum shutters. Please park anywhere on the street across from our place. IN CASE OF SNOW STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED. You will get towed. Please contact us and we will make room for you in our driveway. Please do not park in the driveway unless we invite you to.
