New luxurious detached house with a top designed room in a totally new and very clean house; fully equipped kitchen. Only a three minute drive to Junction 14 of M1. We are located in Brooklands area of Milton Keynes close to Cranfield Uni/open university and Kingston retail centre. The house is a "green house" build of high specifications and we use renewable energy and have our own solar panels to produce electricity. Our internet is fibre optical with up/down speed of 100 Mb. When travelling our self we often see listings where the host recently became an Airbnb "Superhost" and raised his/her rates - We personally don't see that we provide any different product after we became Airbnb "Superhost" so our rates stay the same. After speaking to our regular guests we have decided not to inflate our rates beginning to offer snacks and breakfast like many Airbnb hosts. However, for no extra charge we do have a small stash of cereals, porridge, coffee/tea, sugar, and a variety of herbs for your cooking needs all in case you should like to have breakfast before leaving in the morning. Assess to kitchen, garden, social toilet, bath room and the room. We tend to leave the guests go about their own business yet we are always available for advice, comments and/or travel tips. It's only a two minute drive to Junction 14 of the M1. The house is brand new and it's located in Broughton/Brooklands area of Milton Keynes close to the Kingston Retail Centre, which in fact just a short walk away from the house. There there are several 24/7 stores and restaurents including a Tesco Extra supermarket, Boots pharmacy, McDonalds, Dominos Pizza, Prezzo Italian kitchen, Chiquito Mexican kitchen, Smash burgers, health centre and many other types of stores in the neighbourhood. There’s parking space available as well. 2 minutes away we have a bus stop with bus routes to most parts of Milton Keynes. The major routes has at least with 3-4 departures an hour during the day. The routes running outside our house to the city centre are 300 and C1 (Cranefield University). To/from Bletchley we have routes 25 and 26. We have always had high marks for our sparkling clean property but recent events with Covid-19 has made this an even higher priority hence : • We sanitise high-touch surfaces, down to the door handles • We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination • We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists • We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay • We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines This come as an additional cost which we had to consider and reconsider over and over again but in the end we have to add a tiny cleaning fee for these additional sanitising steps.
