The guests have the upstairs accommodation to themselves, giving them total privacy from 5 pm until 9 am the following morning. Bedroom and Bathroom which includes a Shower, Toilet and Bath. Separate small living room with Microwave and Fridge. Can only use the Bedroom and Bathroom. We live 10 minutes away, but are available to meet and greet guests. We are available by phone or texts. Hardwick Public House directly across the road that do a really good breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Peninsular Chinese Restaurant across the road. Local convenience stores. Close proximity to numerous Golf Clubs including the Belfry. 5 minutes from Fairlawns Hotel an Spa. 3 miles from Mere Green where there is an abundance of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops. Easy access to Sutton Park and Birmingham City Centre. Parking facility on the drive directly outside the premises. Good bus routes. Nearest train station Blake Street. This premises is not suitable for self isolation or quarantine purposes as there is a working medical surgery located in the bottom floor. There is no access to the garden area of the premises and no smoking facilities.
