Vale of Belvoir Spacious Idilic Country Village Retreat

And Belvior Castle Which is an exciting wedding venue they also have events firework competitions tiger moth rallies open days .Very near by is 'skydive Langar 'sky diving club there is a wild flower garden centre on the old langar air field too which is delightful in spring and summer tea rooms and seeds and plants available . Also nearby Lovely local gastro pub within easy walking distance , shop cafe and garage . Grantham and Melton Mowbray few miles drive away . This secluded spacious well layed out Four bedroom bungalow . Comfortably set on one level ample private safe lawned gardens big enough for a marquee. Recently decorated in a tasteful modern classical contemporary style , this Beautiful family home has a lovely large lounge dining area with patio doors . Bar hatch opening into large fully equipped new kitchen . furnished throughout with special contemporary and antique designer furniture . It has a lovely feel good atmosphere-ideal for any occasion with fireplace in winter..light and airy in summer with lots of light and green views from every window . Also benches and outside furniture and BBQ for summer evenings . A luxury family bath room features a jacuzzi bath . and a private shower room in the larger double bedroom and there is a second cloak room also. And a second double bedroom and two single bedrooms there is a cot for infants if required . The village has a good shop , the welly stop cafe , and a garage , a lovely ancient church and lovely friendly old pub (the Nags head ) which is a gastro restaurant, which often has themed events and live music nights. all within easy walking distance . I very good example of a perfect quaint English country village . There are many other excellent places it eat within a short drive.. the windmill at redmile is one of our 2nd favourites , there are many delightful idilic country villages surrounding area of Mowbray which is 10 miles away..and Grantham about 6 miles . There are also 2 national trust properties near , 'Woolsthorpe Manor ' birth place of Sir Issac Newton, an intriguing interesting place has activities for children and a short film of Newtons life and discoverys .. Belton House a lovely place to visit Historic Stately Home and spectacular gardens . Both great for adults and children young and old alike There is also a really good shopping outlet .. 15 minuets drive called (Website hidden by Airbnb) mill. A must For shopaholics and designer bargain hunters where you will find something for every one .any special requests or advice just ask ...thankyou for reading regards Lynda 🦋 Whole bungalow , four separate bedrooms , kitchen ,lounge, utility, 2 bathrooms parking and gardens. Shared drive but bungalow gardens front and rear are all accessible and usable by the guest Please be considerate of neighbours and their access’s . I can occasionally arrange to meet guests but they can always phone or text me .or email me and I am one hours drive away We welcome careful considerate guests ,couples and families children and friends and a well behaved dog on request.We have a dog crate available a utility room with stair gate and you are responsible to check and supervise dog. The village of harby is a beautiful English village with all nice local amenities Gastro pub shop garage and local church and (Website hidden by Airbnb) just nice to walk through the of road alleyways in and around the village and explore . People are very friendly and it is very quiet and residential . Now for the nessasarys no nos We do not allow groups of young people stag or hen parties, Please be considerate in every way possible we are on very good terms with the neighbours, And we hope that continues to when retire (Website hidden by Airbnb) :- PLEASE ! no excessive noise , don’t park on road as neighbours need access to there properties , and please don’t allow your pets to fowl on the grass .There is a dog walking field opposite the bungalow . You may park front or back or infront of the hammock under the trees in hot weather If you could try to be eco with the water too as very expensive and on a meter. also no cotton wool or wipes in loo can cause blockages I’d absolutely recommend the car but not impossible as all buses come through the village and it’s a beautiful place for base for walking and hiking Langar sky diving club is near you can actually see the parachute drop from the bungalow You can see the horses in the fields at the end of the road sometimes cows in the paddock. Twin lakes theam park is a short drive away Private rear gardens and gas bbq. If really hot you can park car under tree shade in front garden .
