Private Annex, Ampfield - near Romsey/Winchester

Located in the picturesque village of Ampfield, Knapp Croft Annex is a fully private space for up to 4 guests. Whether you want to lose yourself in the surrounding woodlands, be within easy reach of Romsey, Winchester and the New Forest, or are looking for a comfy place to stay for a wedding, this is the place for you. With two bedrooms, a separate lounge, a bathroom, a fully functional kitchen and an outside garden area, Knapp Croft Annex offers space and value for money. Bedroom 1 contains a spacious double bed. Bedroom 2 contains a sofa bed, that can used as a comfortable double bed. Alternatively, if required guests can use the sofa bed as a single, with the second mattress free to be used separately on the floor. The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Additionally, the breakfast bar will seat 4. The lounge area has seating for 4 as well as a TV. Access to Knapp Croft Annex is via a private front door. A back door leads to the outside garden space. We have a desk and an adjustable chair that is available upon request for office working. This ideally fits in the 2nd bedroom. We will always be contactable by telephone, email and often in person. Knapp Croft Annex is within walking distance of excellent pubs and restaurants, such as The Potters Heron, The White Horse and Keats. Ampfield Golf course (par 3) is also within easy walking distance. The surrounding extensive woodland is popular for walkers, cycling or running. Romsey and Winchester town centres are 3 and 10 miles away respectively and accessible by a regular bus service. The New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth are also easily accessible by car. There is driveway parking for one car and side of road parking for a 2nd car.
